Move Over Sugar Cookie

I was the deliver of the dessert for our craft day with Taffy as my partner.  She brought the ice cream and I made my “cookie of the week” which has turned into three batches.  I have an obsession.  My obsession is the Frosted Peanut Butter Cookie.   Think of chocolate chip cookie dough, only with peanut butter chips instead of chocolate. Add a thin layer of peanut butter frosting, topped with chocolate butter cream frosting. Oh my. Forget the diet.  Get out the mixer.
