Kids these days have no idea how far back Mario Kart has been around. It originated in 1992 when Nintendo became the craze. I remember living in Scott AFB, being pregnant and listening to that Mario Kart music over and over – I was inundated with that tune and I was so over it. Well now Mario Kart is back in action with a new movie “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” and so for Dash’s party he asked for a Mario Kart cake and that is what he got. Super talented Shelby who is “Shelb’s Sweets” made this amazing cake and I can’t get over her creativity and talent.
