Bypass Brain

What is “bypass brain?”  It is a term loosely used by cardiac surgeons and cardiologists to explain the issue many patients have after open heart surgery.  The symptoms are:  fuzzy brain, inability to concentrate, confusion, “brain fog” and lack of desire and energy to complete tasks.   How would I know all of this – I have it.  I am told to be patient.  It takes time.  It takes the body and brain quite some time to heal back to its original way.
